This is about the way they get what they want. The person get to teach on whatever they wish and they are allowed to even teach each other ways of using the computer during free time of the session.

This is by just watching as the other person do that thing. It can be for example how to prepare making some dinner. The child can watch as they try. With this type of method one get to be very perfect by whatever way they do the washing. There has been many ways where one can learn to do things.

Another type of how employees get trained is off-job. In this case, they are trained outside the business premises. The workers are trained by different people other than those that are connected to the business. A good example is when members from the same jobs from different companies go to seminars that have common sessions of teaching new techniques that can be applied in the workplace.

There are however disadvantages associated with employees getting trained both off-job and on-job. The cost of training may be very high for the business to afford. This is especially when the company has many new employees that it needs to train new techniques. The exercise also wastes a lot of time which can be used in increasing output.

In the case of on-job method, older employees will be disturbed by the fact they will spend useful time that would have been used in working in FIM 2010 Consulting the new placed workers. The fact that at times they will be seated there just watching others work so as to learn is demotivating to others. With off-job, much time is lost as the workers will be out of the workplace.
