With Samsung being one of the well known and established brands in the market, its market share is a consistence of different people across the globe with most of them being the younger generation. Samsung phones have gained popularity over the years because of their consistence in providing quality products that are constantly under improvement and therefore giving consumers better experiences.

When comparing to other brands, Samsung is evidently the top gadget in the market due to their outstanding features. For instance, Samsung galaxy S5 which is the latest model has in many ways proven to be better than most mobile phones in the market such as the iPhone 5s which is arguably one of the most popular brand that seem to have its distinctive features that are preferred by a certain market share.

First of all, galaxy S5 has android 4.4.2 as its operating system which is also the latest version while iPhone 5s on the other hand uses IOS. Give it popularity; it is apparent that android is the preferred operating system as it offers a variety of apps in its store. In addition, this version of android makes it possible to access all applications as it is the latest version and therefore supports all apps.

At this day and age, the younger generation seems to prefer phones that are as big as tablet so it can be easy to browse the internet and chatting with their friends. The S5 model is 5.1 inches big with the screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels while on the other hand, the iPhone is in a smaller size of 4 inches with a resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels.

Owing to the lifestyles of most people nowadays whereby they feel the need to share their photos with their friends, the front and rear cameras come in handy. In this regards, Samsung has really outdone themselves by installing a 2.1 megapixels front camera and a 16 megapixels rear camera with is notable as compared to most gadgets availed in the market.

A strong and advanced processor is critical in which case Samsung has again delivered by ensuring that its speed is on point and consumers do not have to stuck in the middle of important business where this gadget hangs. To this regards, they have a quad core processor while their competitor iPhone 5s has a dual core processor that is good but not as advanced as the quad core.

In additional size of the internal memory is important as consumers need to be able to install various apps without fearing that the memory will be filled, and also store some of their favorite songs, videos, photos and basically personal stuff that they want to carry them around. It is critical to also have an extendable memory system whereby one can use microSD to boost the memory size.

In conclusion, battery life plays a crucial role in the choices people make when it comes to choosing the brand they want; for this, the galaxy S5 has a talk time of 21 hours and a standby time of 390 hours, a very arguable competitive feature. This ensures that one can go an entire day without charging them and only do so at the end of the day.
